I’m Sophia Lesberg, a San Diego-based hair and makeup artist specializing in commercial productions, photo shoots, corporate media, editorial work, weddings, and special events throughout Southern California.

I began my professional makeup career in 2010 after training at the Joe Blasco School of Makeup Artistry in Los Angeles. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from national brands and production companies to executives, models, actors, brides, and everyday people who simply want to look and feel their best.

My commercial and production experience includes work with brands such as Giorgio Armani, Petco, Callaway Golf, Allergan, ASRV, Navy Federal Credit Union, TurboTax, L’Auberge Del Mar, and many others. I’m also proud to be represented by Ford Artists.

My approach to beauty is polished, modern, and always tailored to the person in front of me. Whether I’m creating natural, camera-ready makeup for an executive interview, maintaining continuity during a full production day, or helping a bride feel like the most confident version of herself, my goal is never to make someone look like a different person. It’s to bring out what already makes them compelling.

Just as important as the finished look is the experience behind it. I’m known for being calm, prepared, dependable, and easy to work with. I treat every person in my chair with friendliness, sensitivity, and respect, and I understand how valuable that energy can be on a busy set or an emotional wedding morning.

I’m based in San Diego and regularly work throughout Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside County, and beyond. I’m available for commercial shoots, film and video productions, corporate projects, editorial work, weddings, and travel assignments.
